Why pay more for LED truck and trailer lights when there are cheaper alternatives?
→ LED truck and trailer lights ARE more expensive at initial purchase
-- however you'll save money in the long run.
LEDs have a longer life and use less of the battery because of their efficient technology. This
will lower part and labor costs for your truck lighting maintenance in the future.
Why do white or back-up LEDs cost more
than amber or red?
→ To create a
white LED light, several different color LED chips are used to create the white light, OR blue LEDs are coated to convert
their light to a white light. Therefore, the extra labor and process make the white LED slightly more expensive to manufacture
than the red or amber LED lights.
